About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Finance to join our executive team at Keller Executive Search. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of financial professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and mitigate financial risks
  • Manage and optimize financial resources to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance roles within the banking or financial services industry
  • At least 8 years of experience in a senior leadership position in a large financial institution
