Job Title: Soft Skills Instructor

Human Capital Resources and Concepts Inc. (HCRC) is a consulting firm that specializes in resource management capabilities that are utilized in all federal organizations. Our consultants have in-depth training and work experience in Department of Defense and other federal entities which includes the Intelligence Community. We have subject matter experts in all source analysis, mission support services, and information technology. No matter the requirement it is our commitment to deliver objective, informed, and actionable plans to assist your organization.

We are currently seeking a soft skills instructor to support one of our federal clients. The position is onsite and the salary is based on a combination of experience and education.

Job Summary

The soft skills instructor will be responsible for the facilitation of soft skills training offered by HCRC. He/she will follow the prescribed curriculum/calendar of activities that are designed to develop the soft skills of clients. This is done to increase their skill level in order to secure employment.

Requirements

The soft skills instructor must possess a bachelor's degree. Considerable knowledge of curriculum and program development is required. Knowledge of the development of individual action plans is also required. Knowledge of job search, resume writing, interview skills, and professional soft skills is necessary. Demonstrated skill in integrating technology into curriculum is required. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with a diverse population is necessary. Demonstrated leadership skills are required. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software and applications, and personal computers is necessary.
