Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at MicroTransponder Inc. as a strategic partner in driving business growth and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist functions, including recruiting, talent management, and benefits administration. They will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the management team to provide guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, compliance, and performance management. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, recognition initiatives, and other employee engagement activities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners. They will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, able to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, compliance, and performance management
  • Develop and implement training programs, recognition initiatives, and other employee engagement activities
  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and service providers

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of HR generalist experience, including knowledge of recruiting, talent management, and benefits administration
  • Experience working with commercial teams required
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
  • SHRM-CP a plus
  • Life sciences/medical device industry experience a plus
  • Confident in handling complex employee relations issues and experienced in conducting investigations
  • Excellent communication, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Approachable interpersonal style who takes an objective approach to solving business issues
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
  • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Knowledge of national and state laws and regulations related to employment
  • US Permanent Work Authorization: Required
  • Travel: Up to 40% travel for various company/department meetings across the U.S. annually is required
