Job Overview

The Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests from their arrival until their departure. This position involves crafting and serving a variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guest preferences.
Exhibits outstanding hospitality, warmth, and extensive knowledge of beverages. Responsible for financial transactions, beverage preparation, and adherence to established alcohol service regulations. The specific duties and responsibilities may differ based on the unique requirements of each Aramark location.

COMPENSATION: The hourly wage for this role ranges from $15.50 to $15.75, influenced by factors such as the applicant's skills and qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, previous work experience, market trends, and other pertinent elements. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions, if applicable. This represents Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.

If selected, the employee will be in an 'at-will position,' and Aramark reserves the right to adjust base salary and any other discretionary payment or compensation program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to individual performance, departmental performance, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

? Welcome guests and take their orders, handling cash and credit transactions
? Mix and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
? Comply with all established alcohol service guidelines and safe drinking practices, including verifying patrons' identification to confirm they meet the minimum age for alcohol consumption
? Follow cash handling procedures
? Set up and dismantle workstations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
? Conduct inventory checks and maintain appropriate stock levels
? Provide outstanding guest service, anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction
? Maintain a positive attitude towards guests, clients, and colleagues
? Safeguard company assets
? Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

? Previous bartending experience is preferred
? Familiarity with bartending principles, recipes, and current trends
? Ability to obtain all required alcohol service certifications from Aramark and local/state authorities
? Demonstrates excellent guest service and interpersonal abilities
? Exhibits strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
? Capable of occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs
? Enjoys working in a dynamic and enjoyable environment
? Ideal candidates will be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
