Revenue Generation and Volunteer Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Generation and Volunteer Partnership Specialist to join our team at the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue on assigned fundraising campaigns, partnering with leadership volunteers and staff to drive growth and success in the Take Steps fundraising campaign. This role requires a creative problem solver who can balance multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and manage complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement year-round strategic fundraising plans to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with local and national staff to work collectively towards strategic team goals.
- Manage and execute logistics to provide an inspirational day-of event experience for corporate partners, patients, and supporters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in not-for-profit fundraising.
- Exceptional written/oral presentation and communication skills.
- Aptitude for planning, budgeting, and time management.
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum.
