About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Fundraising Engagement Manager to join our team at the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for revenue generation on assigned fundraising campaigns and work in partnership with Foundation leaders, community volunteers, and committees to drive growth and success.

Job Description

This is a hybrid work schedule, with 2 days/week in the Seattle office. The successful candidate will identify, recruit, train, and partner with leadership volunteers to harness their passion and skills to advance the mission of the Foundation.

Fundraising Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Build impactful relationships within the patient and corporate community empowering them to tell their stories through direct peer-to-peer fundraising.
  • Campaign Planning: Create annual operational plans including marketing, budgeting, and project management to ensure the success of the Take Steps fundraising campaign.
  • Revenue Growth: Ensure revenue goals are achieved by developing, implementing, and assessing year-round strategic fundraising plans with a focus on key campaign revenue drivers.
  • Volunteer Management: Prioritize relationship development, deliver excellent customer service, and manage logistics to provide an inspirational day-of event experience.
Volunteer Engagement Responsibilities
  • Build a Compelling Vision: Collaborate with volunteer leaders and staff to achieve a compelling vision for growth.
  • Volunteer Recruitment: Work with leadership volunteers to identify, recruit, and engage volunteers who have potential to make an impact.
  • Culture of Accountability: Build strong and effective partnerships with volunteers and supporters, and help foster a culture of accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in not-for-profit fundraising.
  • Skilled in building and sustaining meaningful relationships.
  • Aptitude for planning, budgeting, and time management.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
