Position Overview:

This role is for a Registered Dietitian (RD) available for either a Part-Time or 1099 Contract opportunity.

Responsibilities will involve 8-hour visits across multiple communities, with the possibility of additional hours.

Essential Credentials: Must possess NDTR/RD credentials from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

About DiningRD: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to provide consulting services in skilled nursing facilities and behavioral health settings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting MDS assessments, including Section K and CAA.
  • Documenting nutritional risks for residents.
  • Engaging in the care planning process.
  • Collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team.
  • Overseeing the food service department, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Credentials from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • State licensure (if applicable).
  • Preferred experience of 2 years in consulting or long-term care, though other qualifications will be considered.
