Job Summary

OneWell is seeking a highly skilled IDD Program Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our participants with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement personalized support plans to help participants achieve their goals and objectives.
  2. Supervise and train Direct Support Staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  3. Conduct regular site visits and data collection to monitor participant progress and service delivery.
  4. Collaborate with participants, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  5. Advocate for changes in service delivery as needed to ensure participants receive the best possible support.
  6. Provide coverage in emergency and crisis situations to ensure participant safety and well-being.
  7. Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
  8. Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    2. At least 3 years of experience in the human services field.
  9. Preferred Qualifications:
    1. Experience working with IDD and Autism populations.
    2. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field.
