In this position, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional assistance to clients and branch office partners. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound inquiries, delivering top-notch support for banking and brokerage accounts, including credit and debit cards as well as small business accounts. Success in this role requires your ability to navigate various systems while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center customer service environment.

**Compensation Details:** $21.00 per hour
