Job Description:

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical documentation and quality assurance within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Audit medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Oversee clinical supervision files to verify compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement training programs to promote best practices in documentation
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance documentation practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) matching.
