Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Distribution Specialist to join our team in Client Reporting Operations. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of document distribution for Statements, Trade Confirmations, and Prospectus through close collaboration with internal and external partners.

The successful candidate will contribute significantly to projects related to document creation and process enhancement, involving daily reconciliations, project participation, process documentation, metrics development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely hard copy and e-delivery distributions.
  • Engage in change-related projects covering all phases from requirements development to post-production review.
  • Actively contribute to testing strategies, defect management, and coordination with impacted operations teams.

Requirements:

  • A competitive salary range of $22.21 - $22.22 per hour.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
