Vehicle Document Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Document Specialist to join our team at Bob Caldwell Automotive, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate vehicle documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process auto title documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and submit title applications, transfer documents, and other relevant paperwork.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to titles.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of title documents and related information.
- Verify the authenticity and legitimacy of title documents through thorough research.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers regarding title-related inquiries.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and updates on title processing procedures.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is beneficial.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably as a Title Clerk.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
Compensation: $48,000 - $65,000 per year.
