Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Triage RN to join our Primary Care clinic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' health concerns and providing appropriate nursing interventions and guidance. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' health concerns and develop effective treatment plans.
- Prioritize patient care based on clinical urgency.
- Provide health education and self-care instructions to patients.
- Coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists as needed.
- Document patient interactions and assessments accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- CURRENT RN LICENSE REQUIRED.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
