We are seeking an experienced Document Controls Administrator to join our team in Columbus, OH.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of full-cycle electronic document control experience, including project close-out
  • Engineering consulting or construction industry experience preferred
  • Electronic document management software and systems experience
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Effective collaboration and facilitation skills in a team-based environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to remain flexible with changing client requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, quality check, file, and retrieve electronic engineering and construction-related documents
  • Process documents on incoming and outgoing transmittals
  • Review and/or quality check technical reports, specifications, drawings, and other documents
  • Identify and use the correct tools, systems, and techniques to index, file, and control documentation
  • Work with multiple contractors, project team members, and project management on document control, distribution, maintenance, and retrieval
  • Review documents for proper distribution based on discipline and type of document
  • Work proactively to resolve issues and mitigate risks
  • Support other team members and the client in document control procedures

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Bonus Pay: A bonus may be granted based on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of non-financial corporate goals.
