About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Support Specialist to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily production reconciliations, participating in change-related projects, and documenting desktop procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Production Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies by performing daily production reconciliations and overseeing the timely distribution of related documentation.
  • Change Management Participation: Contribute to business requirement development, testing strategy design, and defect management throughout the testing process.
  • Documentation and Process Improvement: Document desktop procedures, best practices, and minor development documents, and conduct post-implementation reviews to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Metrics Reporting: Develop and maintain relevant metrics to measure performance and process effectiveness, and adjust reporting as necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with Business, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Technology) or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial services environment, ideally with a large financial institution or top consulting firm.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and effective collaboration.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

The estimated salary range for this role is $21-$22.22/hour, depending on location and experience. We offer a hybrid schedule with on-site work required every Wednesday and Thursday, and remote work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and alternate Fridays.
