We are in search of an Infrastructure Technology Manager to join our team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Infrastructure Technology Manager, you will oversee and coordinate technology infrastructure, provide guidance to technology service providers, and lead initiatives to define, select, and implement new technologies necessary for Ardon Health Holding's (AHH) evolving sophistication and scale.

This role offers expertise in data foundations and solutions, providing technology leadership to support the Company's quality program and commitment to ongoing quality enhancement.

$115,000 - $133,204.02 annually, based on experience

Position Responsibilities:
• Provide technology leadership to drive innovative solutions for Ardon Health Holdings as it grows in complexity and scale.
• Offer expertise on foundational and emerging technologies.
• Define, select, implement, and manage technology solutions for AHH, including Infrastructure, Security, Telecommunications/network, and data.
• Coordinate infrastructure support, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance.
• Drive IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) for infrastructure scope.
• Deploy and ensure adherence to industry best practices, processes, and policies to manage risk and comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure critical business needs are met and solutions are effectively adopted and maximized.
• Participate actively in quality management program activities, allocating approximately 20% of overall job responsibilities to quality management tasks.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; degree or coursework in Information Technology preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in technology leadership, with additional experience in delivering technology solutions.
• Experience in selecting, managing, and deploying various technology solutions, including business intelligence, data & reporting, infrastructure, and security.
• Proven ability to provide daily direction to technology service providers and manage contractual commitments.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills from both business and technical perspectives.
• Experience in collaborating on solutions that enhance business performance and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to evaluate options and make informed decisions considering both risk and cost.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy is strongly preferred.
• ITIL, ITSM, ITAM certification is a plus; certification in IT infrastructure, network, or security is also preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in standard workplace software and information management applications.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Ability to navigate computer applications and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit investigation, prior authorization support, and patient financial assistance connection.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses.
