Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Phoenix Ventures. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the procurement and management of hardware and IT equipment for workstations, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of the IT infrastructure for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Management of IT Assets
    • Procure and manage hardware and IT equipment for workstations, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and running efficiently.
  • IT Infrastructure Maintenance
    • Maintain and upkeep the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other critical systems.
  • Technical Support
    • Provide technical support to employees, including assistance with hardware and software issues.
  • Application Installation and Support
    • Install and support general applications approved by the head office, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • User Profile and Environment Configuration
    • Configure and install user profiles and work environments, as well as implement IT requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and technical support.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management and technical support.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
