About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Sales Client Officer to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our global cash management team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with clients, retaining and growing existing revenue, and identifying opportunities to deepen solutions per relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day treasury sales effort for client relationships
  • Build trust with clients and expand existing relationships through regular calling and account analysis
  • Maintain strong working relationships with client teams and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage client escalations and keep internal teams informed
  • Protect and grow revenue

Requirements:

  • B.S. or B.A. degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years prior treasury sales experience
  • Deep understanding of bank structure and operational aspects of global cash management products and services
  • Product and financial acumen
  • Ability to interact with and influence people internally and externally
  • Ability to read and leverage data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and balance multiple sales activities
  • Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines
