Role Overview
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $112,000.00 and $150,000.00, contingent upon the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, the role may qualify for an annual discretionary incentive award, alongside a competitive benefits package.

Position Responsibilities
As a Senior Cash Management Sales Officer, you will support the cash management sales manager and team by strategically positioning products and coordinating solutions for corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing strong relationships with internal relationship managers (RMs) and external clients to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Proactively following up on pending transactions, tracking deal statuses, and providing regular updates to the sales manager and relationship manager.
  • Independently building a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with RMs across various regions.
  • Participating in client meetings to present solutions and demonstrate products and services.
  • Facilitating communication between all bank departments and clients during the implementation phase to ensure a satisfactory experience.
  • Maintaining frequent communication with the product management team to stay informed about product updates and enhancements.
  • Collaborating with other sales team members to build a strong sales pipeline and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Engaging in training sessions, seminars, and conferences to enhance knowledge of new products, services, and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a client-facing role within a major financial institution.
  • Extensive knowledge of Corporate Cash Management and Treasury services.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • The capacity to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
