Expert Connections is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to lead our automotive electrification efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and securing projects in emerging global markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience working with technically complex products, along with an automotive background. They will be able to manage and maintain customer relationships across the USA, Canada, and Mexico, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new customers and securing projects in emerging global markets
  • Managing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Contributing to the design, implementation, and refinement of sales strategies
  • Leading contract negotiations and ensuring favorable terms
  • Coordinating sales projects from initiation to order placement

Requirements include:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in sales of technically complex products
  • 3+ years of automotive experience
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, solution-oriented thinking, and excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools, including Siemens Teamcenter or SAP
  • Occasional international travel
  • Proficiency in English
