Sales Executive, Field

At Paycor, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive, Field to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying potential clients through prospecting activities, consulting with them to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges, and presenting Paycor products and services.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success. They will be able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision and possess excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential clients in the higher employee band and more complex end of the midmarket space through prospecting and referrals
- Consulting with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges and accommodate specific business needs
- Presenting Paycor products and services to potential clients
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with assigned referral sources
- Ownership of individual accurate monthly and quarterly forecast
- Analyzing current practices of potential clients and identifying additional sales opportunities
- Meeting or exceeding agreed-upon sales activity and sales targets
As a Sales Executive, Field, you will work closely with Client Services staff to achieve client satisfaction and record all sales activity and results in SFDC in a timely manner. You will also work closely with Client Services and Implementation team to support effective new client implementation and transition.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $65,000 - $115,000, and a performance-based annual bonus or commission. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a flexible virtual-first work philosophy, an initial equity award in Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and a 401(k) with a $.65 match for every dollar contributed up to 6% of eligible pay.
