Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Family Health Center of Marshfield, Inc. This dynamic individual will provide administrative, secretarial, and advanced clerical support to departmental personnel and middle management positions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to departmental personnel and middle management positions
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
The following qualifications are preferred but not required:
- Associate degree in secretarial science or related field
- One and a half years' experience as an Administrative Secretary related to the area hired within
- Administrative Secretary experience within healthcare
