Job Summary

The Plant Operations Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate human resources and safety administrative tasks, including initiating posting of open positions, scheduling pre-employment screening, and supporting the Kronos Time & Attendance System.
  • Assist with on-boarding and orientation of new employees, complete paperwork for job changes, status changes, and pay changes, and administer safety supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate and support employer-sponsored events and arrival of guests, including meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring compliance with Foremost Farms visitor guidelines, and coordinating the ordering and delivery of employee lunches.
  • Support production and manufacturing functions, including providing support for the Supply Chain Operations Resource Engagement (SCORE) Management Process, supporting the upkeep and maintenance of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Action Board functions, and analyzing and validating milk receipts from outside vendors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of job-related experience.
  • Associate degree in business or other related field preferred.
