Director, Federal Technology Risk Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Federal Advisory practice in the area of Technology Risk Management. As a Director, you will be responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day activities of IT audit readiness engagements, including system development, package implementation, and IT deficiency remediation/validation.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and remediate technology controls throughout the business cycle
- Provide performance management for IT audit readiness staff working on assigned engagements
- Write and present clear and concise reports and presentations to clients
- Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients and building business relationships
- Provide oversight and leadership to KPMG team members regarding deliverables and project plans
- Minimum eight years of experience in IT audit readiness, internal or external IT audit, risk assessment, or business process reengineering
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, project management, and business development
- Strong leadership and communication skills, technical knowledge, and ability to write at a publication quality level
- Able to travel as required to support firm engagements
- Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance
