Job Title: Territory Manager, Surgical Pain

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the surgical pain management market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, and healthcare professionals to promote our products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits of our solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least four years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the hospital and ASC buying process, including GPOs, IDNs, and distributors.
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including fee-for-service, value-based care, and alternative payment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnights.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • B2B selling experience.
  • Surgical case experience.
  • Experience with musculoskeletal products (Ortho, Spine, Trauma, Sports Medicine).
  • Track record of success covering large territories and owning sales goals as an individual rather than on a team.
