Ensure regular communication between Marketing and other divisional departments. Work alongside the Senior Director of Trade Marketing and Strategic Development and the broader Marketing team to plan and produce seasonal print and digital Sales materials, in collaboration with Managing Editorial and Book Production. Assist the School & Library Marketing department with administrative tasks, including mailings, website updates, file organization, invoicing, and POS setup. Provide general administrative support to the Senior Director of Trade Marketing and Strategic Development, the Executive Director of School & Library Marketing, and the Senior Vice President of Marketing, including managing calendars and creating key documents.

Essential Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines effectively. A sense of urgency and the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while addressing unexpected challenges. Excellent writing and communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-motivated, with a desire to be a team player while also working independently. Ability to anticipate the needs of managers and the department. A creative mindset, with a willingness to embrace challenges and take calculated risks.
