Position Overview:

Role Responsibilities:
As a Child Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering the healthy development of children in a supportive environment. Your duties will include:
  • Providing for the physical and emotional needs of children based on their individual requirements.
  • Accompanying children during outings and ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Assisting children during meal times and ensuring they receive proper nutrition.
  • Monitoring children's hygiene and personal care routines.
  • Engaging children in recreational activities to promote social skills and personal development.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment for the children.
  • Supporting children in their daily routines and encouraging positive behavior.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • A genuine passion for the welfare of children.
  • A current resume reflecting at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Certification in CPR (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proof of vaccination status.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation:
The starting pay for this position is $16.00 per hour for the initial 90 days, with opportunities for increased pay based on performance and tenure. Additional compensation is available for weekend and holiday shifts.

Work Schedule:
Shifts may vary, including day, evening, and night options. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
