Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision and monitoring of children and families receiving services in our After School Programs.
  • Deliver individual and group level evidence-based services to prevent child abuse, neglect, and maltreatment.
  • Collaborate with the Director of After School Services to develop and implement program strategies.
  • Conduct home visits and provide support to families in their homes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Bilingual skills.
  • Prior experience in child welfare or other social services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
