Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the Account Coordinator (AC) encompass the daily management of new business, renewal processes, and policy modifications. The ACs are tasked with delivering outstanding customer service through efficient workflow management and teamwork. This position necessitates a solid understanding of workflows, service delivery, workload management, and Acrisure's fundamental offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the main processor for client-related documentation and services.
- Implements standardized procedures to enhance effectiveness and optimize service delivery.
- Administers established processes, analyzes data, and proposes enhancements.
- Delivers professional, timely, and precise outputs to clients and internal team members.
- Collaborates with the team to manage workloads and provide exceptional customer service.
- Enhances client satisfaction by consistently meeting and surpassing service standards.
- Handles client inquiries via calls and emails in accordance with Customer Service Standards.
- Works closely with the team, fostering open communication and managing workload collaboratively.
- Encourages a team-oriented environment that supports collaboration and trusted partnerships.
- Utilizes social media platforms to promote open communication and idea exchange both internally and externally.
- Maintains awareness of priorities and adjusts as necessary while ensuring accuracy in outputs.
- Employs the Operating Systems (O.S.) as specified, entering required information accurately and promptly.
- Possession of a current Insurance License in Property & Casualty and/or Health & Life for the relevant state, or the ability to obtain one within six months of employment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable in a digital environment with strong computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team setting.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED (college education preferred).
- A minimum of two years of experience in the insurance sector or a business-related environment.
- Current Property and Casualty License or Life and Health License.
