About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team at GoNetspeed. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in presenting our company brand to the communities we serve through events, sponsorships, and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution: Assist in the development and successful implementation of our marketing initiatives, including internal and external campaigns of varying complexity. Manage coordination, logistics, and scheduling for events, regional sponsorships, tradeshows/conferences, donations, and promotions.
  • Marketing Support: Oversee the lifecycle of events from start to finish, including researching, sourcing, and negotiating event opportunities, on-site event management, and post-event follow up. Create and distribute customer-facing and internal marketing collateral, support documents, displays, sales support collateral, etc.
  • Brand Management: Support brand management and message development, including reviewing, proofing, and editing marketing materials for copy content, layout, position, and branding consistency.
  • Marketing Calendar and Dashboard Management: Assist with marketing calendar and dashboard management and own document updates and tracking.
  • Direct Mail Development and Execution: Assist with direct mail development and execution, including database queries and data segmentation.
  • Onsite Execution Support: Provide onsite execution support for marketing programs.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Marketing Experience: 2+ years' experience in marketing, communication, and/or digital media.
  • Education: Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, digital media, or other related field.
