Job Title: Litigation Operations Manager
Salary: Competitive base salary range of $150K-$170K annually, complemented by an annual bonus potential of up to 10% and a yearly salary increase of up to 5%. Additionally, the company offers a retirement savings plan funded by the organization, ranging from 7.5% to 13.2%.

Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Litigation Operations Manager to join our team, working exclusively on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the evaluation and selection of eDiscovery and Managed Review service providers.
- Oversee the management of external service providers, addressing any issues that arise and identifying opportunities for enhanced technology utilization and process improvements.
- Coordinate communication and document decisions related to technical workflows, including organizing project meetings, defining requirements, schedules, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Provide direct support in utilizing litigation technology tools such as Relativity and Brainspace for various tasks, including case setup, layout creation, application of technology-assisted review (TAR), advanced search design, and document review workflows.
- Advise on and coordinate the development of essential specifications with case teams and internal operations, addressing any discrepancies found in reporting related to data processing and collection completeness.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with leading eDiscovery platforms, focusing on database configuration, complex search development, and results validation.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with TAR and analytics tools, emphasizing techniques for deduplication, email threading, and production quality control.
- Experience in supporting early case assessment to effectively manage document volumes and identify potential data collection gaps.
- Comprehensive understanding of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Preferred certifications include Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and BrainSpace Analyst Certification.
Work Environment: This position requires 100% on-site presence.
