Essential Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate declaratory judgment and bad faith cases on both local and national levels.
- Manage tenders, pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct thorough legal research.
- Analyze insurance policies and claims to formulate coverage opinions.
- Prepare case evaluations and status updates.
- Participate in court appearances, mediations, and trials.
