Position Overview:
Beacon Hill Legal is in search of a Litigation Docketing Specialist to enhance the operations of a well-established law firm. This role operates on a HYBRID schedule with three days in the office, offering a 35-hour work week and comprehensive benefits, with a competitive salary of up to $85K+.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in litigation docketing, utilizing a rules-based calendaring system such as CompuLaw, CourtAlert, or eDockets.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of federal and state court rules, as well as agency regulations.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of the court system and relevant agencies.
  • Have previous experience within a law firm and familiarity with various litigation practice areas.
  • Show capability in interpreting and analyzing legal information, including court rules.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Assist with additional projects as required.
