Position Overview

We are looking for a highly qualified Franchise Operations Consultant to support our franchise network. In this role, you will provide expert advice and strategic guidance to our franchisees, ensuring they operate their businesses effectively and in alignment with our corporate standards.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Offer strategic support to franchisees on operational matters, marketing strategies, financial management, and business growth.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of franchisee performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to create and deliver training programs tailored for franchisees.
  • Foster strong relationships with franchise owners to enhance their commitment to our brand and ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of franchise operating procedures and monitor adherence to corporate guidelines.
  • Facilitate annual business reviews with franchisees to set and achieve growth and profitability objectives.
  • Analyze franchisee performance metrics to identify opportunities for increased sales and profitability.
  • Ensure that the brand integrity of Storm Guard is maintained across all franchise operations.
  • Plan and assist with system-wide conferences, site visits, and training sessions as needed.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in business consulting, franchise management, or related fields.
  • Preferred management experience within the roofing sector.
  • Proven ability to build successful business partnerships and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple franchise relationships simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze business performance and implement growth strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Solid understanding of financial metrics related to franchise operations and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, able to interpret data and make informed decisions.
