Location

Our operations are primarily based in Cleburne, TX, with additional projects in various cities. We remain in areas affected by storms for extended periods to serve our clients effectively.

Spark Rooftop Services, a division of Spark Solar, is a leading provider of residential roofing solutions. We are committed to delivering top-notch roofing services and products to homeowners, supported by a team dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction.

As we expand our services, we are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our sales team. Our experience includes large commercial projects with solar, and we plan to broaden our scope to include commercial roofing services soon.

Role Overview

We are in search of a Roofing Sales Consultant who excels in a dynamic environment and possesses a proven sales record. This position requires a self-driven individual who is relentless in pursuing leads, independent in their work, competitive by nature, and dedicated to achieving results.

The ideal candidate will take charge of their schedule and responsibilities, showcasing strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to fulfilling customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients through various sales channels, including direct outreach, referrals, and company-generated leads.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residential roofing requirements and provide clients with precise estimates and tailored roofing solutions.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales journey.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
