Position Summary
As a Regional Service Supervisor, you will operate from a designated service branch office, overseeing inspections, repairs, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems. You will lead a team of service technicians, ensuring the successful execution of roofing service and maintenance projects. Your expertise in technical knowledge, leadership, and commitment to quality will be vital in providing outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Direct and manage a team of service technicians in the execution of roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Roofing Inspections: Conduct comprehensive inspections of commercial roofing systems, documenting findings and recommending necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Execute repairs on various roofing types, diagnosing issues such as leaks and damage, and applying appropriate materials and sealants.
- Safety and Quality Control: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry best practices, conducting quality inspections to maintain high standards.
- Equipment Management: Safely operate and maintain roofing tools and equipment, managing inventory and coordinating material availability for projects.
- Customer Relations: Communicate professionally with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction through quality workmanship.
- Documentation: Utilize service software to accurately record all activities, maintaining clear communication with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in commercial roofing preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial roofing sector, focusing on service and maintenance.

- Proficient in using roofing tools and safety procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and manage a team effectively.
