Role Summary

As a Regional Service Technician, you will work remotely from a designated service branch. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting inspections, performing repairs, and maintaining commercial roofing systems. Key Responsibilities

  1. Roofing Inspections: Conduct comprehensive assessments of commercial roofing systems to identify issues. Document findings and prepare detailed reports on the roof's condition and necessary actions.
  2. Repairs and Maintenance: Execute repairs on various roofing types, diagnose issues, and apply appropriate sealants to ensure waterproofing.

  4. Equipment Handling: Safely operate and maintain roofing tools and equipment, ensuring proper care and inventory management.
  5. Work Order Management: Review work orders, coordinate with supervisors, and efficiently execute tasks while adhering to specifications.
  6. Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction through quality service.
  7. Documentation: Utilize service software to accurately record all activities, maintaining clear communication with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems and repair techniques.
  • Proficient in using roofing tools and safety procedures.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and work orders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • OSHA certification or willingness to obtain.
