We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Manufacturing Assembly Specialist. This opportunity is with a prominent manufacturing company and involves working on the first shift, Monday through Thursday. The compensation for this position ranges from $36,400 to $41,600 annually, based on experience and skill level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize high-speed pneumatic tools (such as drills, drivers, and rivet guns) and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Perform drilling, riveting, and bucking operations while maintaining control of tools.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Complete necessary documentation for production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 3 months of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, noisy setting while adhering to PPE requirements.
