Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pricing information for equipment parts or repairs, along with order confirmations and updates
  • Input and monitor orders within our business management system, including sales and shop orders
  • Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Procure materials necessary for order fulfillment and oversee inventory levels
  • Partner with sales teams to meet or exceed customer expectations
