Utilize various software tools to streamline data collection and compliance tracking.
  • Student Engagement: Provide guidance to students regarding clinical placement requirements, ensuring they meet necessary prerequisites. Oversee administrative tasks such as background checks and drug testing, maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Database Oversight: Maintain an extensive database that tracks information for 5000 clinical sites across multiple graduate programs, facilitating efficient placement processes and fostering partnerships.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned to support the overall mission of the Clinical Education office.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree is required.
  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving and customer service abilities.
