Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Assistant Dean of Clinical Education Administration to manage the logistics of clinical placements, ensuring that over 1000 evaluations are processed annually. Utilize various software tools to streamline data collection and compliance tracking.
- Student Engagement: Provide guidance to students regarding clinical placement requirements, ensuring they meet necessary prerequisites. Oversee administrative tasks such as background checks and drug testing, maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Database Oversight: Maintain an extensive database that tracks information for 5000 clinical sites across multiple graduate programs, facilitating efficient placement processes and fostering partnerships.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned to support the overall mission of the Clinical Education office.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree is required.
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
