This Administrative Specialist I position serves as a liaison between the Division of Public Health and Delaware State Public Archives, ensuring seamless communication and record management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scanning and indexing vital statistics and state clinic records
  • Researching and retrieving archived medical records
  • Preparing medical records in accordance with established policies
  • Training clinic staff on proper record management
  • Maintaining current forms and procedures
  • Operating state-owned vehicles for record delivery and retrieval

Requirements
