We are looking for a Financial Transactions Specialist to enhance our finance department. In this position, you will be instrumental in maintaining precise financial documentation, overseeing invoices, and ensuring prompt payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receipt Processing and Allocation: Manage daily cash receipts, ensuring all payment methods are accurately recorded in the system and applied to the correct customer accounts. Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, process customer refunds, and allocate credit memos.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile documents and report discrepancies, assist customers in reconciling their accounts, and research account-specific inquiries.
  • Business Support: Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure data requests are completed accurately in the ERP system, and assist in executing initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and performance.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer complaints related to accounts receivable, determine the appropriate service provider for each request, and support the investigation and resolution process.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (Required)
  • One to two years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field (Required)
  • Experience with Accounting ERP Systems (Preferred)
