Work Environment

The Loan Support Specialist role operates within a flexible workplace model, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer disputes and provide timely responses in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
  • Accurately manage daily loan file records, including maintenance, payments, and payoffs.
  • Verify reports generated from the servicing system to ensure data accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough research to resolve outstanding issues and implement necessary corrections.
  • Process transactions as directed by the Asset Management Department, including charge-offs and risk ratings.
  • Reconcile bank-controlled accounts and associated general ledgers.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them as needed.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills to assist customers effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
