Position Overview
The Loan Support Specialist role offers a flexible work environment, combining both in-office and remote work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries and resolve disputes within established timelines.
- Accurately manage daily loan file operations, including maintenance, payments, and payoffs.
- Verify servicing system reports for accuracy and integrity of data.
- Conduct necessary research to resolve outstanding issues and implement corrections.
- Process transactions as directed by the Asset Management Department, including charge-offs and risk ratings.
- Reconcile bank-controlled accounts and related general ledgers.
- Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries or escalating issues as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills for customer issues.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications:
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role required.
- Preferred experience in mortgage or consumer loan servicing.
