Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine daily schedules and correspondence to pinpoint expenses for designated associations.
  • Manage invoice processing, prepare payments, and maintain records for obligatory disbursements.
  • Address research inquiries and client concerns related to Financial Operations.
  • Develop and refresh Dashboards for assigned associations.
  • Document and prepare deposits while ensuring prompt payment of Association dues.
  • Keep accurate records and coordinate year-end processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
