Senior Sales Manager for IT Solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Achievement: Drive the sales team to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives, targeting a 15% year-over-year growth across managed services, project engagements, hardware sales, and software licensing.
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to craft and execute sales strategies that align with overarching business goals and market dynamics.
- Client Development: Lead initiatives to identify and secure key accounts, ensuring a continuous influx of new clients across our diverse service offerings.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine sales processes and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier sales talent, fostering a culture of achievement and accountability within the team.
