Job Overview

At Gustave A Larson Company, we are seeking a dedicated Territory Manager to enhance our sales operations.

  • Business Development – Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers and dealers within a designated territory, ensuring satisfaction with our products and services. Implement national sales initiatives and programs to drive growth within existing accounts.
  • Sales Proficiency – Continuously enhance sales techniques and product knowledge to maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic market.
  • Detail-Oriented Service – Provide expert support in pricing, quoting, credit terms, and order management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry, specifically in residential systems.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
