Inside Sales Representative - Fuel Division

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to support our top Outside Sales Representative in the Fuel division. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, energetic, self-driven, and highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor customer fuel levels and manage orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Anticipate customer needs, resolve issues, and identify sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Analyze competitors and identify potential accounts to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to develop sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and update CRM information to ensure accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in the fuel or oil industry is a plus, but not required.
