Job Description
As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions about their financial security.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and help them identify their needs.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs.

Requirements:
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • A passion for helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Achieving mutually agreed upon marketing goals and experience in marketing.
  • A Property and Casualty license is required, and a Life and Health license must be obtainable.
