Territory Sales Manager
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing operations, and ensuring profitability of a branch to meet financial and company objectives. This role involves leading a sales force to expand market penetration, ensuring timely product delivery, and proper merchandising of Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores within the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach, train, and coach branch leadership in sales, marketing, profit growth, and market share.
- Foster professional business relationships with all levels of management.
- Develop and grow working/business relationships with major chain customers.
- Provide strong customer management.
- Develop and communicate the business plan, establish goals and objectives, monitor results, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Deliver the business plan by providing leadership, focus, and motivation, leading by example with integrity and maintaining the company's principles and values.
- Meet monthly sales targets and income goals.
- Maintain expenses within forecasted levels.
- Set, implement, and monitor trade execution standards for Direct Store Delivery, including account frequency, display diagrams, equipment sets, and account service levels, including merchandising standards.
- Participate in regular business reviews and trade field surveys.
- Ensure administrative responsibilities are executed in a timely and effective manner to maximize productivity of branch operations.
- Develop and monitor staffing levels for all branch operations.
- Maintain company safety standards throughout the branch.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
- 3 years consumer products sales experience in progressively responsible positions.
- 2 years previous management/supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license.
